Dr. Matthew Skoner, O.D.
Practice Development Manager
Dr. Skoner was born and raised in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. He attended Saint Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. He then went onto Salus University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he received his Doctor of Optometry degree.
Dr. Skoner has completed training and internships in contact lenses, dry eye disease, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic eye exams. He has worked as an optometrist in Pennsylvania and Georgia. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, Georgia Optometric Association and Pennsylvania Optometric Association
Dr. Skoner and his wife Kelly live in Smyrna. They have a daughter, Hannah. They love to go for walks with their two dogs.
